2. Are personalisation options (colour, trim, accessories, technology) presented as responses to the customer's stated lifestyle needs — not as a standard pitch delivered identically to every customer?

3. Is a structured personalisation conversation tool (app, tablet configurator, or physical guide) used to walk the customer through the options relevant to their profile?

4. Are accessory packs or bundles recommended where relevant to the customer's profile, rather than always presenting accessories as individual items?

5. Is the impact of personalisation choices on delivery lead time clearly communicated — particularly for factory-order colour or trim combinations — before the customer commits?

6. Is the customer's personalisation selection confirmed in writing on the order form, with each item, colour, or variant specified without ambiguity?

7. Are personalisation choices that require specialist fitment (wrap, interior customisation, performance parts) only offered where the dealership or an approved partner can complete the work to the required standard?

8. Is customer approval obtained for any personalisation change proposed after the initial order confirmation, with no changes made to the vehicle specification without documented customer consent?

9. Is a final personalisation check conducted before delivery, confirming all approved items are present, correctly specified, and matching the customer's order in every detail?

10. Is the customer shown each personalised element at delivery and given the opportunity to confirm it matches their expectation before signing the delivery document?
