Accessory Campaign Execution Checklist

1. Was the accessory campaign activated at the dealership within the rollout window specified by the OEM or central marketing team?

2. Are all campaign-eligible accessories stocked at sufficient levels to support the campaign offer for its full duration, with reorder triggered before stockout?

3. Are campaign POSM (price cards, displays, banners) installed in the correct positions before the campaign go-live date, consistent with the campaign rollout guide?

4. Is the campaign offer communicated accurately by sales consultants — covering the discounted item(s), the saving, any conditions (minimum purchase, eligible models), and the expiry date?

5. Is the campaign offer consistent across showroom display, printed materials, and any digital channels used to promote it?

6. Are sales consultants briefed on the campaign details before launch, with a campaign FAQ or talking-points document available for reference?

7. Is campaign stock correctly tagged in the system as campaign-eligible, to ensure the discounted price is applied consistently without manual intervention?

8. Is the campaign conversion rate (customers who saw or were offered the campaign product and purchased) tracked for the duration of the campaign?

9. Are campaign sales recorded in the system with the campaign reference, allowing campaign revenue to be isolated from baseline accessory sales for performance reporting?

10. Is a campaign participation report submitted to the OEM or central marketing team within the required timeframe, accurately reflecting sales and stock levels?
