1. Does the accessory quotation itemise every product individually — part number, description, unit price — with no accessories bundled as a single line without individual breakdown?
2. Are package prices shown as a total and broken down to individual item level, allowing the customer to understand the value of each item within the package?
3. Is any discount applied to the quotation approved through the documented discount authorisation process before the quotation is presented to the customer?
4. Is VAT or applicable tax shown separately on the quotation, with the tax rate applied correctly to each taxable accessory line?
5. Are fitment charges itemised separately from product cost, with the total cost of 'product plus fitment' clearly visible?
6. Are warranty terms for each accessory category stated on the quotation — duration, what is covered, and who provides the warranty?
7. Is the quotation validity period clearly stated, confirming the quoted price is valid for a defined number of days and subject to change thereafter?
8. Is the customer's vehicle VIN or registration referenced on the quotation, confirming the items are quoted for their specific vehicle?
9. Is the quotation signed or confirmed by the customer before any accessory is ordered, with the signed quotation retained as part of the deal documentation?
10. Is a revised quotation issued promptly if any accessory price changes after the initial quote but before the customer commits, with the reason for the change explained?
