1. Is the bodyshop certified to BS 10125:2022 by BSI, with the current Kitemark licence on file and the Kitemark mark displayed as permitted under the licence?;
2. Is the scope of BS 10125 certification current and covering all vehicle types and repair categories actually undertaken at the facility?;
