AutoSmart Sub-processors

AutoSmart Solutions Private Limited (“AutoSmart”) uses the sub-processors listed below to provide AutoSmart Audit (the “Platform”). A sub-processor is a third-party service provider that may process personal data on our behalf, on our instructions, to help us deliver the Platform to our Clients.
Each sub-processor is assessed for security and privacy before it is engaged, is bound by a written contract with confidentiality and data protection obligations, and is reviewed periodically. Client data is hosted in the AWS region agreed with each Client.

Google services are used through their APIs only. They do not host Platform data, and each request contains only the data needed for that feature. Client data is not used to train AI models.
Changes to this list
We tell our Clients in advance before adding or replacing a sub-processor, so they have the opportunity to raise any concerns. Changes are also reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
