1. Is a final quality inspection conducted before the vehicle is cleaned for delivery, covering panel fit and finish, paint quality, ADAS calibration, glass sealing, mechanical safety, and interior condition?
2. Is the vehicle cleaned to a high standard inside and out before delivery — with all masking residue, compound haze, and workshop marks removed and the vehicle presented as if detailed?
3. Is the delivery appointment confirmed with the customer 24 hours in advance, with a specific collection time agreed?
4. Is the invoice prepared and reviewed before the customer arrives — confirming all items are correctly charged, supplements are included, and no items are missing?
5. Is the completed repair explained to the customer at delivery — describing the work performed, the parts replaced, and any actions taken beyond the original estimate?
6. Are replaced OEM parts or significant damaged parts offered to the customer for inspection, confirming they can see what was replaced?
7. Is the repair warranty explained to the customer at delivery — covering the period, what is warranted, and how to report a warranty concern?
8. Is the insurance claim closure confirmed — confirming the insurer has authorised full payment and that the customer's excess has been correctly collected?
9. Is the customer's signature obtained on a delivery record confirming they have inspected the vehicle, the repair has been explained, and they accept the vehicle as delivered?
10. Is the customer given copies of all delivery documentation — invoice, repair warranty card, parts replaced confirmation — at the point of delivery?
