3. Are BSI surveillance audit dates tracked, with the facility prepared to demonstrate compliance at any point in the audit cycle — not only immediately before a scheduled visit?;
4. Are non-conformances raised by BSI in previous surveillance audits closed out with verified corrective actions, evidenced in the management review record?;
5. Is evidence of compliance with BS 10125:2022 repair process requirements maintained for every repair — including OEM method access, materials used, and quality inspection completion?;
6. Are structural repair files complete and retrievable, supporting BSI's sampling methodology during surveillance audits where individual repair files are reviewed?;
7. Is ADAS calibration evidence retained within the repair file for every job where calibration was required per the vehicle manufacturer's instructions?;
8. Is the quality control process independent — with the final inspection conducted by someone other than the technician who performed the repair?;
9. Are all repair staff qualified to the competence level required by BS 10125:2022, with qualifications current and renewal training tracked?;
10. Are insurer-specific requirements (where the bodyshop operates an approved repairer scheme) met in addition to BS 10125 requirements, with insurer compliance records maintained separately?;
