1. Is the damaged vehicle assessed for EV/HV system involvement before any body repair work begins, with HV isolation performed where required?
2. Is a complete photographic record of the damage taken at intake, covering all four sides, roof, underbody, and interior, before any parts are removed or temporary repairs made?
3. Is the approved repair method for the vehicle's construction type (high-strength steel, aluminium, mixed material) sourced from the OEM repair information system before repair planning begins?
4. Is the repair method selected — repair, replace, or straighten — based on OEM guidelines for the specific panel and damage extent, not technician preference or parts availability?
5. Is structural damage (sills, pillars, chassis rails, floor pan) identified and referred to the appropriate OEM technical procedure before structural repair begins?
6. Is a frame measurement check performed before and after structural repair, with measurements documented against OEM reference data to confirm correct alignment?
7. Are all replaced panels and structural components sourced from the OEM parts channel or an approved equivalent, with genuine or pattern-approved parts only?
8. Is the parts allocation matched to the specific vehicle before repair begins, confirming part numbers, colours, and configurations match the vehicle specification?
9. Is body filler application limited to the area permitted by the OEM repair guideline, with no filler applied to structural components or in locations prohibited by the repair method?
10. Is weld quality checked after each structural welding operation — covering penetration, spatter, and location against the OEM repair drawing — before the next repair stage proceeds?
