1. Is the battery warranty eligibility confirmed in the OEM system before any battery warranty claim is initiated, verifying coverage period, capacity retention threshold, and applicable conditions?
2. Is a battery health report (state-of-health percentage or equivalent OEM metric) generated using the approved diagnostic tool before the warranty claim is submitted?
3. Is the diagnostic log showing battery SoH, cell voltage data, and charge/discharge history retained as supporting evidence for the warranty claim?
4. Is the vehicle's charging history reviewed as part of the warranty assessment, to confirm the customer has not used charging practices (e.g., exclusively fast charging, regular 100% charge) that may be excluded under warranty conditions?
5. Is the customer's service history checked to confirm the vehicle has been maintained as required by the warranty conditions (e.g., scheduled software updates applied, coolant system serviced)?
6. Is pre-authorisation from the OEM/distributor obtained before battery replacement proceeds under warranty, where required by the warranty policy?
7. Is the battery warranty claim submitted with all required supporting data — SoH report, diagnostic logs, service history, photos of battery condition — attached before submission?
8. Are battery warranty claims submitted within the required timeframe from the date of diagnosis, with overdue submissions flagged and root cause identified?
9. Is a claim status tracker maintained for battery warranty claims, showing each claim's stage (submitted, under review, approved, rejected)?
10. Are battery warranty rejections reviewed within a defined period, with the rejection reason categorised and a resubmission or write-off decision made?
