1. Is a complete list of customer-approved accessories confirmed from the order form before the pre-delivery fitment is scheduled?
2. Is the availability of all approved accessories confirmed in stock before the delivery date is committed to the customer?
3. Are any out-of-stock or back-ordered accessories identified and communicated to the customer before delivery, with an alternative timeline or substitute offered?
4. Is a fitment schedule created for pre-delivery accessories, confirming which accessories are to be fitted and the sequence and timing of fitment?
5. Are accessories fitted using the OEM installation guide or approved fitment procedure, with no improvised installation methods?
6. Is the vehicle protected during accessory fitment — with seat covers, floor protectors, and wing protectors in place — to prevent workshop damage to the vehicle?
7. Is a fitment quality inspection completed after each accessory is installed, confirming correct fitment, functionality, and no damage to the vehicle?
8. Are accessories that require electrical connection (dashcam, reversing camera, tow bar electrics) tested for correct function before the vehicle proceeds to PDI?
9. Are accessories requiring calibration or system programming (trailer hitch detection, blind spot monitoring extension) calibrated and verified before delivery?
10. Is a final accessory check conducted as part of the PDI, confirming every approved accessory is present, correctly fitted, and matching the customer's order specification?
